Print your badge before arriving at the show!
In order to avoid queues at the show entrance, please ensure to print your badge before the show.
Check your emails (including the spam folder); the first badge sending is on 28 April. Then we will send it to the new registered participants on the 5th and 12th May.
Important:
All exhibitor administrators must have registered their delegates on the online database by May 5th to receive their badge by email. Check your email box.

Networking areas
Open to all, these areas were designed to encourage networking after each conference session. One of the central points to exchange, relax or discuss business after key conference and have a drink.
Coffee
A resident cash bar will be opened during the show, but you can enjoy some coffee breaks offered by RX in the morning, please refer to the schedule.
Information & Technical Points
Located at the entrance of MAPIC Italy, the information point will give you all good tips to finds yourself in the event.
All questions regarding your booth or any technical aspect can be solved at the technical point.
Conference room
The conference room is located inside the exhibition hall.
Cloakroom
Free and open all day long.
WIFI
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the exhibition.
